Jennifer Kaiser became actively involved with MN WIFT over the past year as both a member and volunteer, describing the experience as a career highlight. Through the organization’s network and support, she successfully transitioned her career from television to advertising. She is seeking a board position as an opportunity to give back to a community that has played a meaningful role in her professional growth.



Jennifer is passionate about strengthening connections across the Twin Cities film, television, and advertising communities, especially during a time of industry change. Her ideas for board service include launching a member-driven job listing initiative or bi-weekly “MN WIFT Jobs” email, creating a support group for freelance parents in the industry, and supporting networking programs such as Thirsty Thursdays and Coffee Connections.
